Product provider register

The providers needed for production hosting, databases, AI processing, messaging, WhatsApp or Meta channels, email, integrations, monitoring, logging, backups and customer support are being assessed. They are intentionally not named here until the contracted legal entity, service, information, countries and settings have been verified.

Production gate: the product register must be complete, reviewed and supplied to customers before Salenza processes Canadian customer or end-client information in production.

03

What the completed register will disclose

  • Provider and contracting legal entity.
  • Service, purpose and personal-information categories.
  • Primary storage country and other processing or support countries.
  • Retention and deletion configuration.
  • Relevant onward subprocessors.
  • Whether customer content is used for provider model training or improvement, and the applicable settings.
  • Material contractual and security review status.
04

Provider changes and notice

The final Data Processing Addendum will establish how customers are notified of a new material subprocessor, the notice period, how concerns can be raised and the available remedy if a reasonable privacy or security concern cannot be resolved.

A new provider will not be treated as covered by blanket website consent where it introduces a materially different purpose or optional technology. Cookie and privacy disclosures will be updated as required.
