Known website and demo providers
| Provider | Service and information | Location status | Production status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Country API (api.country.is) | Receives the request IP and returns a two-letter country code for root locale routing. No city or precise-location fields are requested. | Delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure; exact operational countries have not been independently verified. | Provider states requests are not logged. Self-hosting or an edge replacement remains under review. |
| Formspree, Inc. | Processes submitted demo contact details, province, optional business context and source/CTA metadata. | Form submissions are processed using infrastructure in the United States. | Temporary active form provider. Stored-submission access is limited to the two founders; retention and contract settings remain under review. |
| Cal.eu | May process contact, availability and meeting details when a person chooses to schedule a demo. | Contracted service entity and exact processing locations are being verified. | Public Canada and Netherlands event URLs are active. Contracted entity, processing locations and final event settings remain under review. |
Visitors should not submit client, patient or treatment information through a demo form or scheduler.
Product provider register
The providers needed for production hosting, databases, AI processing, messaging, WhatsApp or Meta channels, email, integrations, monitoring, logging, backups and customer support are being assessed. They are intentionally not named here until the contracted legal entity, service, information, countries and settings have been verified.
Production gate: the product register must be complete, reviewed and supplied to customers before Salenza processes Canadian customer or end-client information in production.
What the completed register will disclose
- Provider and contracting legal entity.
- Service, purpose and personal-information categories.
- Primary storage country and other processing or support countries.
- Retention and deletion configuration.
- Relevant onward subprocessors.
- Whether customer content is used for provider model training or improvement, and the applicable settings.
- Material contractual and security review status.
Provider changes and notice
The final Data Processing Addendum will establish how customers are notified of a new material subprocessor, the notice period, how concerns can be raised and the available remedy if a reasonable privacy or security concern cannot be resolved.
A new provider will not be treated as covered by blanket website consent where it introduces a materially different purpose or optional technology. Cookie and privacy disclosures will be updated as required.
