We provide advance notice. You can add a one-time message bundle, upgrade or agree a preset limit. There are no unapproved automatic overage charges.
Yes. Unused included messages roll over for one additional month, up to twice the plan's monthly allowance.
Yes. Core has a one-time C$799 implementation fee, Growth C$1,599 and Pro C$2,399. The implementation fee is waived on annual contracts. Exceptional custom implementation or a specialized connection is scoped and agreed before work begins.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions run for the agreed annual term in exchange for the annual rate.
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes are added to invoices where required.
