Acceptable Use and AI Safety Policy

Minimum requirements for using Salenza lawfully, securely and with appropriate human control.

Use Salenza for authorized business purposes

Customers may use Salenza only for lawful communications and workflows within the scope of their signed agreement. Use must respect privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, professional, platform and intellectual-property requirements that apply to the customer and its recipients.

No diagnosis, prescribing or emergency use

Salenza must not be configured or represented as a medical professional, emergency service or autonomous clinical decision-maker. Prohibited uses include diagnosing a condition, prescribing treatment or medication, providing medical clearance, independently determining treatment suitability, or handling urgent or emergency symptoms without immediate human escalation.

Administrative intake, service education and rule-based routing may be enabled only where the customer has supplied accurate rules, established lawful collection and provided qualified human review for sensitive or uncertain matters.

Maintain meaningful human control

  • Set clear escalation triggers for ambiguity, complaints, adverse reactions, clinical questions and vulnerable individuals.
  • Ensure appropriately trained staff can review, correct and take over conversations.
  • Regularly review configurations, knowledge, prices, policies and booking rules.
  • Do not conceal known limitations or represent AI output as guaranteed professional judgment.
  • Pause affected automation where a material error or safety concern is identified.

Lawful messaging and consent

Customers are responsible for establishing a valid basis to contact each recipient, accurately identifying the sender and any person on whose behalf a message is sent, maintaining required consent evidence, and honouring unsubscribe and suppression requests across enabled channels.

Salenza must not be used with purchased or unlawfully obtained lists, to disguise promotional content as a service message, or to send reactivation campaigns without a documented legal basis. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels may have distinct consent and platform requirements.

Prohibited content and platform misuse

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, exploitative or infringing content; malware or credential theft; impersonation; unauthorized scraping; spam; manipulation of reviews; or circumvention of Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, booking-system or other platform rules.

Customers may upload or connect only information, content and systems they are authorized to use.

Minors and sensitive information

Do not configure collection from minors, treatment images, health information, biometric information or other sensitive categories until the customer and Salenza have completed the required legal, security and workflow review. Where permitted, the customer must establish appropriate notice, consent, age or guardian verification, minimal collection, retention and human oversight.

Account and integration security

Customers must protect credentials, use individual authorized accounts, limit privileges, promptly remove former users, secure connected systems and notify support@salenza.ai of suspected compromise. Attempts to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or bypass security and usage controls are prohibited except through an expressly authorized security process.

Review and enforcement

We may investigate credible suspected violations and may restrict or suspend affected use where reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, providers or legal compliance. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination under the signed agreement.
